Welcome to Forest Park
Founded in 1911, Forest Park has been a welcoming lakeside haven for generations. Our 159 homes are nestled among the trees and shoreline of beautiful Greenwood Lake, creating a neighborhood that’s as scenic as it is close-knit.
Welcome to the Neighborhood. We’re happy you’re here.
Many of our residents have called Forest Park home for multiple generations, carrying forward the traditions and stories that give our community its character. At the same time, new neighbors are joining us — people who have fallen in love with Greenwood Lake and all the beauty, recreation, and charm this area offers.
Today, we’re entering an exciting new chapter — one where we’re restoring the close-knit, connected community spirit that has always made Forest Park special. We’re building stronger ties between neighbors, welcoming new ideas, and creating spaces where everyone feels at home, whether your family has been here for decades or you just unpacked your first box.
From summer afternoons at the beach to shared celebrations and everyday waves across the street, Forest Park is more than a neighborhood — it’s a place where connection thrives and belonging runs deep.
